The Coolum industrial development is a 2 unit building on a corner block. It was crucial to maximise the floor area for the clients return and have cost effective industrial building that was highly functional and accessible with an edgy street apeal. Its designed as a conventional concrete tilt panel structure with large front roof overhang and a cantilevered front wash bay roof. It has large panes of fixed glass with aluminium screening facing the street and large feature industrial unit numbers. The project has a buffer of native landscaping to both street frontages.
