Design Philosophy
Grant Williams focuses on intriguing designs which are built for comfort, are economical to run, healthy to live in and adaptable to changing needs.

Grant takes a creative approach, incorporating optimism with practical, multifunctional solutions; balancing order and efficiency with aesthetic and emotional satisfaction. Strong relationships between internal and external spaces, narrower cross-ventilated structures which breathe naturally and optimum sun-orientation for temperature control are constant themes. Favouring zones designed to be flexible and multifunctional – borrowing space from other zones to deliver extra performance.

Grants Designs are smart, compact, functional, energy efficient and cost effective. Innovative renovations – reusing the old and adding the new – and interior projects which integrate built-in joinery and furniture to maximise space and aesthetics, are a speciality.
